I bought a California based vw super beetle as my retirement car...
Don't know what I was thinking as I AM retired and love to be able
    to afford to travel...
Is a nice bug as seen in pic.
Newly rebuilt motor, is strait, runs strait, new tires, new head liner...
When ice cold this bug starts before reaching the 4th cylinder.
2-3 turns after an hour of running. Runs and drives great!
    I have more pics...
Am after a '68-'72 camper bus for retirement travels.
Will trade strait across or negotiate some...
    Am located in Eugene, Oregon

Me too.. Kind of looks like "Jane" is heading for NJ :O( (worse place for vw's) if this transaction pulls through... Will keep everyone up-dated!
Sure is a nice bug... Everytime I drive her she seems very happy and performs wonderfully.

Is Monday the 6th of Feb.
People from NJ failed to keep
    proper communications so I
killed the sale. Hated to see this
nice bug go to NJ anyway.
So, My 1971 super beetle is up for grabs again.
Sure is a nice and fun driving bug.
If I had room i'd keep her along
side of the camper bus i'm seeking.
Am looking for a '78-'79 camper bus.
    Bug sold once for $2500.
I have $$$ saved to add on if camper
    value exceeds $2500.
    I have more pics
