Reading over some of the recent head butting going on here in the Rainbow HipForum, we feel compelled to remind folks that what's makes a Rainbow truly special is that it includes all the colors.

Everyone should try to remember that everyone here is a different person, each has his/her own thoughts, ideas & opinions and each of us has traveled a different path to think as each one does.

If an opinion is stated in a way that leaves no room for compromise, many people will see their opinion as an attack & will argue a different opinion; others will chime in if they agree with either position

Only tolerence can find the answer that is balanced somewhere in the middle.

Tolerence is respecting that others are allowed to have their opinions; tolerence is asking a question rather than telling others what to do, tolerence is accepting that everyone has their own 'trip'

Being tolerent is a hard thing to do, especially in web forums, because you can't hear a person's vocal intonation or see their facial expressions. Some people like to release 'alter-egos' on the web and still others like to see what kind of turmoil they can cause.

All we are saying is: [IMG]
and can we all please try to discuss things with an openness for ideas

it all good, we're all on this planet to learn.

after all the who-haa on the complaint box idea and now this big thing on trade circle, we thought it might be time to remind folks that we are a Rainbow..all different 'colors' shining in our own unique ways.
