to make a pretty nice tea with noticeable effects,
6 grams of plain leaves in water
boil and stirr vigorously for 10 minutes
then remove the leaves for later.
when cooled a bit stir the tea again &
drink quickly (sweeten to taste - taste is terrible).

redry the leaves for smoking or re-extraction
(70% - 80% of the waxy salvinorin is still on them)

can you do this with an extraction, as well?

you can waste a lot of extract,
crude extract is too tarry to make a tea even with the best stirring
and standardized it is a huge waste of expensive stuff.

    for 10x standardized only
instead of using 1/10th i.e. 1/10th of 6 gms is 0.6 gm for the cuppa
you could use around 0.3 gm since it is dusted with pure salvinorin.
(a different physics and chemistry occurs when boiling this than with plain leaf - it falls off more easily)

still you need to stirr well as salvinorin is not really soluble in water (have to make a suspension) and recover the material to smoke later anyway or to re-extract.
