The way you deal with lines is absolutely fantastic to see. I wish I could see your art-creating performance. There's a lot of energy inside of it, the one shown below for example. There's a straight line from you heart to your hand to the canvas. There might be a little more into it, like a little aboriginal feeling, some african spirit blabla to even lift it up more than it already does. This idea came from seeing picture's of your art-performace, for some reason I think that it could make the energy that is around you even stronger and more like a mystery, but thats just my opinion, the work is awsome! I post one I did too, just to show you my performance, I did a copple like them around 1998. But your are more pure than mine.
awww thanks, glad someone else does what i do, thought i amy be the only one! yeah definate african influence i was apinting at a concert performed by a childrens choir from uganda they are from an orphanage.....the most beautiful kids i ahve ever seen
wow I love them!!! beautiful work... I love use of color/contrast, and the texture they seem to have Amazing; keep it up
I agree Texture is fun to do, AND look at it. And, to me, texture makes it seem more personal... not only does it give a piece character, and it's own life...but, I think others are attracted more towards textured works because it's something you can "feel" ...if that makes any sense. I'm not fond of paintings that have this flat, just 1 dimensional feel.... I'm not fond of perfectly straight lines, and such... I like a little crazyness to my art... anyway I'm rambling. I could go on about texture forever. I love it. Anyway, again, great work!
