Looking for other hippies in Texas

Hi, My husband and I moved from Washington in April of 2005 to Texas. Why? For the warm (HOT) weather of course. Just wanted to see if there are any other wild and crazy hippies living in our area. We moved about 50 miles east of Austin, a small town of Lexington Tx. We have a campground and bed and breakfast and I work for Pre-Paid Legal. My husband Tim, works for the state of Texas as a Juvinile Correctional Officier.

We both have lots of piercings and tattoos, so we fit right in with all the folks here. HA HA! But everybody is nice to us, even if we have tattoos, so that is cool.

Just looking to make some new friends. We are in our early 50's, age wise, maybe not mind wise. Will be a long time before I think of myself as old.

Enjoy hanging out, watching "B" type movies, you know the old black and white tv shows, monsther movies, zombie movies etc. Of course we still enjoy the old rock n roll music. Love Pink Floyd, Beattles, Who, MeatLoaf, Neil Young, etc etc.

Would love to hear from all the other hippies around Austin.

We're Texas hippies, too, live about 60 miles SE of Austin, outside of Smithville.

 

Yeah there aren't many in Texas...
