Heard the most ridiculous story this am.. a man with one leg is suing a shoe store in Ohio because the refuse to sell him just one shoe, insisting he must buy a pair. He says that because he only needs one shoe, he is being ripped off. The lawyer for the shoe store says that he "doesn't have a leg to stand on". Is this world for real??
Now I wish I could find out the result. I can't figure out if he should win it or lose it. If he wins, I can see it turning into a class action suit. Can you imagine hords of crutch-wielding mono-legs all rising up to crusade against the evil, insensitive shoe retailers... Could even be a screenplay... probably not.
