i had a cornsnake once for only 2 weeks tho....untill it got loose in my house and my mom found it in the drain in her bathroom after putting bleach down it because she thought it was a clog.... i really liked her too... sad day that was
What a beautiful snake...I LOVE snakes...but sadly do not think I will ever own one, as I am too in love with rats and mice and would hate to one day wake up to find the snake loose and my beloved pets eaten...just a risk I am not willing to take...
yeah man i love rats too, but oddly enough I dont own one because i wouldnt want my snake to eat it either lol. mabey someday.....
nice young common boa you have there .........i've had plenty of those over the year .nice pet if it has a tame disposition .only problem is when they get to about 10 ft in length there are more of a problem to handle .......longest i ever owned wasn't a boa but a reticulate python .22 1/2 ft with a mean disposition .....that was an armful or 4 ............best snakes i ever had for ease of handling and ease of keeping were black rat snakes (elaphe obselata obselata).they get to a little over 8ft in length
yeah man i cant imagine ever owning a retic, but janis is as tame as when i got her if not more. she wasnt scared of me at all it took alot for me not to handle her when i first got her but it was worth it.
sweet pics,,,, i miss my snakes just not the place for them where i am now tho ... so we are content with our ratties for the time being.... on the same note,,,, my retic had a pet rat for several months ... why i dunno,,, but it sure would freak folks out when they saw the snake n rat curled up on the living room floor
I love snakes! All kinds! I don't get why people are afraid of them! I have held a snake about 4 years ago in my town at this fun fair. Was awesome! I love snakes! I always wanted a pet snake! Im thinking of having a tattoo of a snake all the way up my spine! :sunglasse
