i've been a "hippie" for about a year now, but none of my friends are and they just dont understand me? i love them to death but its so hard being friends with someone so differnt form me they do all the things im aginst and i dont no what to do???????????????if someone has any idea what im going through please help!!! peace and love
you are not a hippy if you say you are one or believe you are one. and if you dont like being friends with people who are different then you, join the KKK
sorry its just what my friends label me as, and i never said i dont want to be friends with them im saying that its hard to and i need help you are not a "hippie" if you judge people before you know them, i am a very good person and i dont deserve to be talked to that way when all i did was ask for a little hlep NO ONE IS PERFECT!

I like to think of myself as an anarchist before anything... but you seem to be judging your friends, saying that you find it hard to hang out with them because they are different and just dont understand you. maybe they are just sick of all the people starting to wear tiedye because its "in"....
because these forums are my life this summer, as sad as that is. there is so many like minded people here, and the whole free speech thing is cool too. And there is more than just "hippy" forums here, scroll down the front page.....

Hey, no matter what you call yourself it's always nice to find people who've got the same values you do to hang with. And it's rough sometimes. I'm starting to think you almost have to be addicted to something--money, drugs, sports, alchohol, whatever--if you want to have anything in common with anybody else these days. I know that perspective sucks--just where my attitudes landed lately. Actually dazed, I'm thinking you might get better answers if you ask the same question in the old hippies forum. There's ppl there who've been dealing with the same problem for a long time.
hmm that whole thing between you and soulrebel was weird but anyway your only 14 a lot of the people your age have yet to find themselves..a lot of the people (most) my age dont know who they are either, wait until you get to high school there has to be more people there like you, i thought i was going to die in junior high cuz i was so different from everyone around me...you'll get through it

oh Im sorry, i try not to be rude, it just happens sometimes when Im talking...or typing but i didnt think i was being rude.....if it was for the KKK comment i was joking i really dont know anything about the rep points, and I really dont care for them either. Some cool people on these forums have like, 2 rep points.
heh i thought i had to do rock stars and go to over 21 clubs at 16 to be cool...yay i dont have to i typed in hipgallery.com to smarterchild and my first option said soulrebel51's member gallery or something like that so i was like whoooah he must be the shiznit or something..so yeah that means even smarter child thinks youre cool my life will be complete when smarterchild picks me as his first choice...
