I started feeling nauseated , week legged, and almost passed out. I was trying to figure out why then realized I haven't ate anything in the last 30 hours. I've been so busy with work that I forgot to nourish myself I need to pay more attention.
I know my blood sugar was probably low so I drank a big glass of OJ with my sandwich. I'm still a little light headed, but starting to feel better.
yes. it's alright to keep going for a while if you're young and healthy, although no one stays that way by stressing themselves. i never go more then three or four hours without taking 15minuets to eat something and restore the electrolites and liquids. no longer young i start to get dizzy after a few hours. never liked going for long without sleep as it is. but odd hours of the day don't bother me and i actualy prefer them. when there arn't others arround being active to distract my thought proccessess. =^^= .../\...
