From what I have read about Wall Mart, it seems to me that it would be impossable to satarise them as this involves exageration, something that could not be done in the case of Wall Mart.

i think it would be posible to satirise wallmart without using exageration, you could use straight facts without anything too outlandish and make a point probly stronger than one using such tactics. and no one would be able to say "well they are just blowing it out of proportion".

Are you saying that the entire fiasco has been exagerrated already, in the sense that walmart has done nothing really wrong and its the media and whatnot that have blown it out of proportion?

Walmart gets most of their plastic crap from China, communist china, anti-Tibet china. It is strange that the Redneks love Walmart so much. It would be funny to fly the Red Chinese flag outside Walmart, with a big sign that said, "Thank you comrades! Chairman Mao Thanks you for funding the communist revolution."

o my god that is an amazing point! i do have to admit though that yes i do shop at walmart. i understand the problems with such a large corporation however if one of these small busnisses doesn't get crushed, sand they get big are they suposed to close down because they are making it harder for other businessis?

Duh, read the thread title. This thread isn't about Walmart. This is about WALL MART!

Last time I needed to buy a wall I went to Wall Mart. I happened to be in the market for a brick wall, and when I went to buy it the guy taking it off the shelf with a forklift dropped it and one of the bricks fell off and he said, "oh well, it's just another brick in the wall".

yes i understand that monopylizing is unfare but in a way we are all the ones who fund it. they cant become huge over night, it took yrs of ppl choosing them over other bussnisis. even if we all stop going to wall mart and instead shop at some up and comin super market its not really gonna make wall mart any smaller just gonna give it some competition that will be another large corporation.

Mr. squirrel, I see your point and what we need to do is not let a corporation get so big, but people just don't care about that all they care is that this shit is cheaper then over there , they don't look at the big Picture its all the small one which we are having a sale on bye one get one free .

Yes. Made by eight year old South East Asian children, who get a bowl of rice and 5 cents a day for their 17 hours of work. Yeah, that's the kind of thing every good "Democracy" needs, using the slave labor of other countries to get shit we don't really need really cheap.
