im currently perscribed to these medications: adderol risperidal (sp?) wellbutrin would any of those cause LSD to not effect me ? because i dont want to waste money buying it if its going to be a waste. thanks
risperdal? I have it in pocket in case something goes wrong on a lsd trip. You take it, 45 minutes, poof your going down fast. It's handy if it's noticeable that someone is going into psychosis. Or if you know you can't handle the trip. 2 mg is enough for a non user, so if you take like 1 mg, youll trip man. But man I know its not too cool being on this kind of meds... As for wellbutrin, well ssri med don't seem to affect much the trip in my case. How does cannabis affect you? Hint : (stop taking adderal, after a while it must just counter the effect of anti depressant) Unless you have a really good reason for taking it.
i dont take the adderol anymore, i sling it so i can buy pot lol. how does cannabis affect me ? hmm i guess like i have a million thoughts racing thru my head at one time unless im on adderol. ha i really dont know how to answer that question, oh sometimes like theres like a veil of green and purple plaid over my eyes, like i can still see but its like im wearing goofy glasses or something. thanks for the replies
May I ask you why you are taking anti psychotic medecine? I know they recently use it as a.d.d med in small doses...But the reason why you take it could potentially make your trip not so good.
I don't advice taking acid when you're on anti psychotic medication.. You might put your self in mental danger, don't take the risk.
i take it so i can sleep at night lol, because i have insomia and it like makes me fairly tired within an hour of taking it. i dont take it as an anti-psycotic.
You know yourself better than we do...don't take it if you have any sort of mental troubles. I know that anxiety or stress (whether youre fully conscious of it or not) is a major cause of sleep troubles. Don't tell us things to try and impress us, just make the decision of whether or not you think you can handle it.

I don't think using lsd would be the most appropriate thing to do at this time. Besides, some of your meds may even counter the effects of the L. As stated above, you know yourself best. good luck.
Ok if you use it as sleep medecine, it must be like what 0.5, 1 mg? Damn wouldnt be my choice of sleep med, it must affect you a good part of the day after, as it is a major tranquilizer. I'd go with ativan or sometn, causes habituation but at least your not all neutral the day after. Do you have lots of anxiety? That could make the trip go wrong, so if yes, start with a low dose maybe heh?
^ yeah its like 1 mg or something and yes it does fuck me up the day after but it used to be i would be up for like 2 nights straight w/o sleeping. no i dont have anxiety, if anything i have the opposite of anxiety, w/e that is lol yeah i was only thinkin about taking one hit of a gel tab , correct me if im wrong but those usually have a more mics in them than blotter? neways yeah no anxiety
Then go for it man ;p at least you have enough 'anxiety' , to worry about the possible interactions with your meds One geltab yes, is usually stronger than 1 blotter. The only thing is try to do it at night so the effects of risperdal are pretty much over since last night. cuz it ultimatly counters effects of psychedelics. I donno you might need more. Go with 1 youll see. But I really doubt you dont have anxiety if you take risperdal. Maybe you just dont realize cuz you are on it...I mean its not a simple sleep medicine, there are lots that could have been given to you. I used to take it before going to college cuz i was so godamn paranoiac about everyone, and it worked really well. But benzos would be better for sleep. You dont wanna live on risperdal man...I guess.
All I was sayin was dont tell lie to us about your situation to make it seem like youre "tough enough" to do acid. I'm not accusing you of doing so, I'm just makin sure youre bein up front. I wouldnt want to say "yeah man, take like 4 hits" and find out that you had a bad trip and need therapy. I have no problem giving advice to friends and stuff cuz I know them, and thats how it was for me - my friend knew me real well and said that Id probably have a good time. If you think you can handle it and youve read about it and youve got a clear head...go for it.
