This show rocks. He just dropped acid and like used it with anti-depressents and figured out how to save this burnt kid. And now the show just ended with him hiring a hooker. He's such a bitter asshole to everyone, but he's always right. Its awesome. Also, I just had a dream that I was at a dead concert, but I woke up before they started playing. Fuckin' bummer. And that is all.
If anyone has ever seen Hugh Laurie as a bumbling englishmen then it just heightens the admiration/comedy level
ya haha, I use to think the show was lame, I actually watched it last week and he does acid lol... kinda like the creater is promoting lsd.
stop talkin about me.. i'm gonna be blushing in a minute.. No seriously.. i think House is great.. Hugh laurie is a fine fine actor/comediane/writer.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/comedy/guide/talent/l/laurie_hugh.shtml Hugh .. your so right... and as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Bit_of_Fry_and_Laurie http://www.hughlaurie.co.uk/ funny funny funny..
Yeah, he's always doing drugs and being cool. I'm not very familiar with Hugh, when I saw him on a late night show and he was speaking in a British accent I was really surprised. Its channel 3 over here.
Hugh Laurie was the dude in some of the Blackadder's as well. He's genius. Y'know that beneath his bastard exterior, there's a warm fuzzy puppy-like person inside.
Here is Hugh assessing his talents, on Desert Island Discs, May 12, 1996. (WAV file, 107 KB) http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Picture/4696/WAV2.htm How Posh... I like it also because it is a little like Shelock homes..something i think is deliberate.. Holmes-Home-House.... oh it's all so clever.. http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2089-1562332,00.html
have you ever seen a show called Holmes on Homes? It's a renovation show, this guy goes in after shitty ass contractors fucked up a home, tries to figure out how to fix it n stuff. He rants a lot and gets really angry, it's pretty damn funny
Can't say i have.. www.hgtv.ca/hoh sounds like a lot of fun though.. If it is relatively new then i doubt i will get to see it on terrestrial TV anytime soon..Anyhoo these type of shows have fallen out of favour with 'our' TV networks. It might get picked up on cable TV.. but i only have Freeview http://www.freeview.co.uk/.. wich carries only British Home and Leisure stuff.. it's not looking likely i will see it [again] anytime soon
