i wouldn't be surprised if dylan sat in once this tour. i sure hope he does. as for the hammerstein shows, im not sure. i believe the tower shows will be ryan adams tho.
I think its great that he's getting back to the original concept of phil and friends and mixing it up. I love Jimmy Herring, but it is exciting to have new musicians interchanging in and out I will say though, that out of every person who's played lead with him, if I had my pick on who'd I'd like to see again - it would be Kimock

no opening band, your lucky as hell man. i have a feeling the hammerstien shows are going to be mind blowing.
i saw the opening night in philly. very solid. tight jams, a few moments where it felt like they fell of the bottom end, but hey thats going to happen when phils playing a 6 string bass like its a lead instrument. but thats who he is you gotta dig it.
