Hi I'm looking for some pictures of Eric Claptons Cream guitar, this SG he named the fool, it was painted by dutch artist (yea im so proud!) anyone got some more?
oh right the fool was the name of the artists...:& one thing i did dig up, and that is that it's actiually a '64 SG instead of a '61 but thanks that's a great picture!
They also painted Jack Bruce's Fender VI Bass psychedelic. Just don't know why it's got drumsticks on it.
Those are probly Gingers psychedelic drumsticks Edit; that's wierd,,, i know Jack had his bass also painted, but that picture looks more like a Fender Jaguar (i count six strings)
No It's A Fender VI Six-String Bass. It's basically a guitar tuned EADGBE, but an octave lower. It's not very bassy in tone, but it has it's purpose. Of course it was used by Jack Bruce, but George Harrison & John Lennon (for songs where Paul McCartney had to play piano), John Entwistle, and Rick Danko all used one.
