Can Anyone Give Some Advice

i have a 2 grow room setup that im going to put to work soon the Main room the Flowering room is 10 x 11 x 9 ft and the Veg /Clone/ mother Room is 7 x 9 x 9 ft i have purchased the following equipment. Can anyone tell me what im missing or whats wrong with this setup. im also looking for the best method to grow in these rooms.The equipment is as follows:

FLOWER ROOM

4 x 600 HPS HydroFarm valubrite /with aircooled hoods 6" ducting
1 x HighLite 6 light timer with individual brakers 30 amps
1 x 25' Flexvent ducting
2 x 8 " Fantech FX series
1 x 6 " Fantech FX series
1 x Plug N Grow Temp and Humidistat control
3 x fan speed controls
1 x 8 " flange can carbon filter.


VEG/CLONE/MOTHER ROOM

3 x 400 MH Valubrite /Not air cooled -(Blue bulb)
2 x Flourescent 4 ft lamps
1 x PLug N Grow Temp and Humidistat control
2 x 6 " FanTech FX series
1 x 6 " flange can carbon filter.
3 x grasslin timers 15 amp
2 x fan speed controls
1 x nutradrip trimeter for both rooms reads- Water Temp,Nutrient content,PH


Im also looking for a method thats best going to suit me.I want to grow soil organic pot taste the best and thats what im really looking for is quality.Also a strain to perfectly accomodate the equipment i have and have it running at its best potential.What would be the preferred nutrients i should use also ??.Another big concern of mine is germination what would be the best method to germinate seeds ???? medium to start germination ???
