Movies concerning MDMA Use, and/or Rave Culture

I love to watch drug related movies, it's my slice of heaven. Just thought it would be a cool idea to dedicate a thread to spreading the joy.

GO is probably my favorite drug movie.

I love Garden State and The Girl Next Door too, but they aren't dedicated to the drug or anything like that though.

Yeah, garden sate is amazing, but only has a few drug references =(

 

ummm a rave movie is "groove" and a movie called"American Massive" its released by moonshine records its a documentary about the peak of he rave scene its a kick ass movie....

If you haven't seen it you must. It shows you three points-of-view from a drug deal concerning ecstasy. One of the most creative movies I've ever seen.

 

GO is amazing.
White knuckle film :S I was on the edge the entire time.

i know of lots of drug movies, but cant say that i can think of any that focus specifically on ecstasy.

ofcourse im sure you've all heard of : fear and loathig in las vegas - acid
trainspotting - heroin
altered states - ayahuasca, sensory deprivation
spun - crystal meth

all good movies...

must see cool trippy movies (not drug movies)... eXistenZ (i recomend 110%)
and Zathura. Zathura is about this kids house that floats in space, kinda like jumanji.

and best trippy psytrance philosiphical "documentary" is Liquid crystal vision. these are all my favourites, gotta see em...

Definately Human Traffic, but there is a good Australian movie called One Perfect Day, but someone OD's in it so its not really a feel good drug movie - but I thought it was good none-the-less and it is about rave culture!
