I need Paaaaaaaaaapers !!!

Hola,

I've been travellin through Bolivia,Chile and Peru for about 2 months now and it starts to get depressing.You'll get a bunch of weed nearly gratis on every corner but there are no Papers at all(neither short,nor long!).I personally don't enjoy smoking pipes because I have strong asthma,and don't like the pipe taste/high either.So what can I do???
A lot of people here told me that they roll with the bible because the paper is quite close to the OCB Blacks,a guy told me that he had smoked the whole Genesis on one evening,(if the lord only knew that :X).Isn't that dangerous,smoking all the ink?Seen kids even smoking the newspaper,really desperate!If anybody knows an alternative tell me!

i wouild get sketched about smoking ink too... however in most bibles there some blank pages in the beginning and the end... and some pages arent filled the whole wya i dont think..

i'm surprised you can't find papers. i have a friend from peru and he said that everyone always smoked joints cuz there were no pipes or anything else.

dunno what to tell you.

 

oh, i used one of the blank pages so it wasn't nasty cuz of the ink.

 

i dont see how you can like smoking with papers but not pipe if your worried about your throat.. ive always found pipes are heaps kinder on the throat than joints are. no burning paper too.


but in the paper and the bible, youd have to be dumb and blind not to be able to find a bit which has no ink on it. there are alwyas blank bitsd of bible, and if not then it means someone got there before you lol.

and how can tehre be no papers? dont ppl smoke cigarettes in south america? if so id say tehre has to be papers somewhere? waht about making a blunt? i thought south americans liek cigars?

 

You could use the paper from the tin foil in cigarette packs that stuff works pretty good.

 

Scrape off the foil on gum wrappers. That is the closest thing to papers. I hope you get this cuz its the best thing to use

 

Building spies worked out to be the best alternative.I think the problem here is that industrial cigarettes are so cheap that nobody rolls with tabacco.Also smoking herb hasn't yet been commercialized in the Andean countries.Other thing is that in Peru/Bolivia/Ecuador there are draconic penalties if you get caught with even a little(starts with 14 years prison sence).So nobody risks selling papers ,only exception is the Headshop Cochabamba,but it's a pity we didn't find it:$

If you have someplace to mail it to, go online and order papers in bulk, then you'll be good for a while.

 

if they have cigarettes then they have paper.

take the filter out of the cigarette and replace it with carboard and voila instant joint (after you put weed in it)

 

Im way to high to manage to scrape the paper off the gum wrapper, and I just finished the last of my papers... :-(

 

use the '10 to go' thats prolly lying around somewhere

 

I smoked a bible rolled joint on a few occasions, if youre worried about the taste of the paper i'd advice yu roll a huge fatty, that way you proably wont taste the paper as much, either that or kill your asmatic lungs on a pipe. If youre using a pipe maybe put small amounts, less smoke at once, it will take a whille though. Or u can be cool and buy a pack of smokes and empty all the backy and stuff it with weed if that works.

 

if you want to make a pipe less harsh, and it is possible, put chunks of weed inside the chamber of the pipe. it makes the smoke travel a further distance, as with joints, so teh smoke is less harsh and then at the end of it all you can take that weed out when you get papers and put it in a joint
