a small town banks goal is to build enough assets to be bought out by a larger bank..

Heck yeah. My credit got trashed thanks to my bank's f*ckup.

Not only did they do nothing about it, they still tried to argue that they had to loan me my next loan at 28% cause "the computer wouldn't let them do it any other way".

It really works out to whoops we made a mistake with Mr. Computer. You have to wait for seven years for the corrected info to bump you back into lendable zone. Sorry. In the meantime can we hose you? We can't treat you any different than the computer says.

oh... banks. Banks suck ass. SGI tried to take out a triple payment (three times what they said they were gonna take) from my mom's bank account this morning. I had to buy her gas today (I'd borrowed a few bucks from her last weekend, coincidentally the amount she needed for gas so now we're even), but now her account is all fucked to hell and she's just pissed off with them. They tried to take out a double payment last month too. Fucking government run shit
