http://www.petitiononline.com/l3g4liz/petition.html PLEASE SIGN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is of extreme importance! Salvia is not a drug, it is an herb. pleasedont let the government illegalize it and furher oppress us
this peition stuiped, it is a powerful drug who gives a shit if it is or isnt dont change the reason, i think it should stay legal, the government shouldnt be able to tell me i can or cannot use drugs, used for tea realy come on.
i realy dont know what your getting at, why do you want it legal fuck medical reasons thats bullshit so far its not used for any, tell me why you want it legal it,dont fluff it up
Does the "herb" alter the state of your mind in any way? If so it is a drug ala caffeine, alcohol, nicotine.
um ok one is the definiton of drug is A substance used in the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of a disease or as a component of a medication. Such a substance as recognized or defined by the U.S. Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. A chemical substance, such as a narcotic or hallucinogen, that affects the central nervous system, causing changes in behavior and often addiction. Obsolete. A chemical or dye. Salvia divinorum is a soft-leaved green plant, native to Southern Mexico, which contains a powerful psychoactive chemical known as Salvinorin. S. divinorum. last time i checked salvia falls into the drug definition because it DOES alter your mind. i realy dont know what the fuck you mean so if you going to make a petition dont fluff it up because to me thats what it sounds like, yes it is a herb, it is not used in tea or for medical reasons there are some study but generaly its not used for these reasons, the use i is to get the "drug" effect from it, stop making it confusing and using words like medical and herb it doesnt change anything, its not about making it legal for medical purposes becuase even if it is illegal people who need it for medical purpous will still be able to get it if they realy need it that much, salvia is a powerful drug using the words herb and medical dont change that and people will still use it as one. once again why do you want it legal?
I'm not trying to place blame, or insult, or anything like that, I'm just confused....all he wanted was to get a petition signed to stop the gov't from making Salvia illegal....why are you getting so upset?
because his reasons make no sence and its very legal and very loose, if you want to do something you do it right, what he has right now is a joke that noone in any form of governemnt will take seriously, also he seems to not including the reason why they want to make it illegal and focusing on the "medical users" and "tea drinkers", he also says that saliva contains no harmfull chemicals, salvia is still be researched as well as the effects of it no one knows for sure, its pretty much harmless but it still need study on long term effect which there is littile documention in
The drug must have harmful side effects or a case for being tested properly before being allowed to be used by people. If its harmful then it should be banned.
it has been tested and is pretty much harmless every drug needs more study but thats not the point. some people constider pot harmful becasue it is a drug so that means we should ban it? same with coffee that can be harmful, theres a choice as a person that you make you disided, alcohol is harmful and thats not banned, i feel through moderation and the proper use of a drug the harmful effect are small and worth the experience for some drugs other i dont, its my choice. the government is not in place to tell me that pot isnt worth smoking cause ill end up a loser, i dont live by there standerds or values because i think most of them are wronge, its not about medical uses its about telling people what they can and cant do, how there mind are suppose to be, and saying nature and the rest of the world is wronge and a small group of humans know better then you and are right
here is a much better one. sorry about my others. http://www.petitiononline.com/KSDL/petition.html (i did not make this one)
Alright, I was GOING to sign that last one you posted, but it's probably the weakest argument I've ever read. It makes no point whatsoever, and for the record, it's "addictive," not "addicting."
