From your opinion fo you wreckon that acting silly and stupid is bad. For example like watching three hours of tom and jerry and then laughing at your own fart is this bad? If it is my defence would be that i think it would be sad to end up like the average adult and only laugh at least 4 times a day. I was thinkin who would want to end up like that never having fun. So i think thats they the reason i act the way i do. Thankyou i look forward to hearing your input.
Hi, I'm in the UK too It can be a good thing, to be happy and amused. There is something admirable about being able to find joy in those little things and so openly enjoy life. Of course it can also be really fucking annoying to see other people carry on like that when you're not in the mood for it and/or it's not the right time. Takes a bit of sense and judgement.
yeah I see what you mean but most of my mates are immature as well i hope i wouldn't have pissed you off then. But yeah i like to always live life fun and laughing is the best part. Its okay to think that farts are funny or to laugh during human growth and development, but doing stupid shit like flicking mashed potatoes at people during lunch, that's pretty lame. Conclusion-its okay to have an immature sense of humor and to act immaturely as long as it isn't incredibly annoying.
Nah flicking at people is not what I do thats horrible i wouldn't want to do that i prefer to have fun
having fun and acting the fool is a good thing most times. as we grow older having fun and playing is often viewed as being immature. to me immaturity is more on the lines of spending your rent money on non-essential things and then bitching cuz you getting evicted. all too often the "mature" folks of the world suppress their ability to fantasize, play, vent, create and be imaginative for the sake of being more "adult", often making them judgmental, unaccepting, intolerant, and closed-minded, not to mention just a straight-laced, boring ass, individual. there is nothing wrong with play time. screw the laces!
I personally do want to live my life to the fullest. The reason I started this was because I read this article saying that adults laugh 7 times less then the average child and this really freaked me out. Thanks also astrobreax you are very wise.
Watching cartoons and acting silly isn't true immaturity.. it's being young at heart. Real immaturity is when you haven't grown up enough to take responsibility for yourself, get your act together, and stop attention whoring. And that, obviously, is bad.
well imo who say’s adults don't have any fun (even though I am not a adult myself) and why do you have to do something a certain way that agrees with your age if you mentally and physically can do it, i think i live to do what i love and if it does not hurt anyone but it makes me look so………..immature whatever that’s me
