Awesome! It makes me think of a baren tree, perhaps in the autumn months at the height of a blazing sunset. And I also see a person peeking out from the side of the tree. Maybe the spirit of the tree? Great work girl!
Awww thanks guys! This is the Mama Tree. I lived in a forest for a while and there was this tree we called the Mama Tree, When you walked through that forest, you'd step into this circle at one point that the Mama Tree made for herself, and i felt so at home and alive there
Its a good work, I like your use of colors! There's also passion in your work for some reason, thats good too! ......zoekt verder in de gouden gids naar strandhutten............
Groovy. I like it mainly because of the story behind it. It sounds like a wonderful place and you seem to have portrayed it right on the money. Great job.
I think it's wonderfull. to me it represents a young lady in touch with nature sitting by a tree contemplating life. It seems as though a torrent of emotions is coming out of her only to fall back on her in waves. almost self assessing herself and the world in which she lives. At the same time this emotion, this thinking and feelings about herself and about life is protecting her from the brightly burning outside world... needless to say bravo!
The colours are really vivid. The figure looks very ethereal too - like it's somewhere between earthlife and dreamtime.I love work that has that other-worldly quality to it.What size is it? Its the kind of thing that if it was really huge and hanging at the end of room would take your breath away - especially as it's so vivid on just a computer screen.. By carumba - I swear to god if every talented artist and musician got together on here we could put on the worlds greatest show on earth. Stop the press...I'm having brainwaves.....
beautiful painting, the colors and the motion is awesome,,i see a person sitting by a tree, nice work.
yes, right on, also what rg paddler wrote about it being between earthlife and dreamtime, what you both wrote is what i was studying and the way i was living in that time/place where the mama tree is, in a sufi community. and learning about lucid dreaming and trance-travelling. so yes i was living in a world within a world, studying about meditation and dreaming haha so you guys got it right and thank you!!!
