murder in the first

a highschool acquaintance of mine was shot and killed a couple of months ago he supposedly died during a drug deal in an apartment complex parking lot there was no suspect until two days ago

another friend of mine who is a major gangster was with him the night he died he has been locked up on burglary charges since shortly after that the two kids were obviously friends yet my friend is now the main suspect for the murder his finger prints are all over the bullet that was removed from the body i can not believe this is happening there is no weapon so i believe there is no case it is still shocking to hear though

 

wow....that sucks.

i know one person whose been charged with manslaughter, wasn't really my friend, just played local sports with him a few times...and i guess my mom babysat him a few times too.

but yea, pretty shocking

i am not shocked that he killed somebody i am shocked about who he killed he tells me everything and even i did not know he was the one who put the bullet in him there was a huge cover up about it all around i do believe he killed him i am just extremely surprised i did not figure it out i knew the story that was told was bullshit just could not figure out what the real deal was

 

I had to take the witness stand for a murder trial when I was 18. This guy murdered his girl friend in southern vermont and blamed it on this kid I bought pot from. The only time my dealer left the house that evening was with me to go buy a bag, so I had testify about that - it was very detailed to, the court actually knew how much we had purchased. It was a very weird experience, I was kind of like the Kato Cailin of the trial. It was also VERY uncomfortable looking across the court room at a guy who stabbed someone to death and was going away for life.

 

i can imagine even if this guy was not my friend i would not be caught dead testifying against him he is one of the scariest looking people i have ever met in my entire life

 

I didn't have a choice. I was subpeaned (sp)

I was actually on vacation in Florida and the court back in Vermont tracked me down saying that I needed to be available within the next 48 hours to testify

 

i would have demanded a new vacation really though if i ever had to testify against somebody like this i would simply pull the clinton and just repeat i do not recall

 

umm,, how can finger prints be ona bullet that was exumed from a body??

theres no way ya could get a full print number 1,, an number 2 the rifling of the barrel would wipe it clean..

that is what i thought as well but was not sure of the specifics it is definitely their excuse for holding him as i said i believe he killed him i do not believe they can make a case they already have no weapon and if what you say is true than they have nothing identifying him as the killer at all

they very well may have a shell casing with his prints on it,, but the bullet its self,, theres noway..

maybee yer just misenterpreting what yer bein told..

 

my friend does not brag about what he has done he is the real thing he does not need to talk about it as he lives it every day he and i are very close and he did not even tell me that he killed the kid i only found out that he was the suspect because he was do to be released on monday and was not released yesterday i hear about why

 

I think he's blowing it up...like I said no offense but men have a tendency to blow shit like this way up to look hard core and finger prints on a bullet make no sense...or maybe I've just watched too much csi

This guy that I hung out with to get pot from was a thug and I stopped hanging out with him shortly after the night of the murder. I had this feeling inside me that if I continued to hang around him, trouble would come my way. This was before I knew the murderer had pointed the blame at my friend.

Personally I think gangsters are tool bags and would never associate with one.

 

no i have repeated what i was told almost word for word however the person who told me most likely has misenterpreted the information this is one of those down the line things even with his finger prints on the casing they must present a weapon to get a conviction correct

 

not really,, thats one that would be up to a jury..

fingerprints on a shell casing at the scene of a crime is pretty hard evidence..

at the very least if i was sittin on a jury id go with accesory to murder..

id say hes fucked..
