Bubble Bags Info

I was reasearching the bubble bags and thought i may purchase some within the next month or two if it was worth my while so i was wondering if you all could help me out...

i was thinking of getting the bags because i am getting in a lb of shwag or so and was thinking of using a half lb of it to make some hash with the bags...

my questions are...are the bags worth it for this...how much do you think it would produce...of what quality do you belive...the shwag is uncompressed and even arguably low mids...just wondering if you all could help...i think thats all...

 

I bought the xxxtractor bubblebags (150$ for 3 bags, 5 gallons) , and am fairly satisfied, its not the cannabis messiah I thought it would be though...

You might want to buy this kind of bags they sell a mini version, that you can process up to 100g of dried material at a time....I have stopped making bubblehash cuz it is a really long process (2-3 hours sometimes more) , and you are workin out for all this time theres no break ...

I got a bad backpain from doing a big batch, youll see what I mean . Also , the outcome for effort is not that good. You can except your shwag to give you 5 to 10% of hash, so about 20-45 grams (you have to do 2 batches though to process a pound)...Kinda good I guess, Ive never had a pound of sometn better than leaf, I guess it can be worth it. heh but its a cool hash method really. You get very good products, depending on quality, it can bubble and melt

Now I only use the tightest mesh bag to make oil...Got sick of bubbling around

They are very useful in lots of things related with cannabis...gosh buy them, you can make anythin with em...Water hash, dry hash (very quick!) , oil, and its a good all around filter

 

thanks for the info Grapefruity...luckily i have four other guys to help me out in the acutal process...i was thinking of getting the ones from Bubble Man maybe the 5 gallon with the 7 layers or so...anyone use these...anyone else with any suggestions...

 

Well that sucks grapefruity that's a real fuckin long time, you should buy the mini washing machine that pollinator sells so you can just set it and forget it.

 

The original bubblebags from Bubble Man are pretty much the best you can buy, or so I've heard...

Yeah I should buy the pollinator...Don't have the money for such an expense though

 

Nah not the pollinator, the pollinator is bad ass though, this is a mini washing machine for the bubble bags so you don;'t have to stir it, a machine does it lol, it's great.

would you say the quality is better then what you would get out of a seven bag bubble bag system...since i figured the drum of the pollinator is limited by the size of its screen...

 

Well with the washing machine, you can use the bags system. You will get full melt hash among other grades. But if I understand what you say, the pollinator gives only 1 grade of kif, and thats not good for someone who likes to have his different grades for different times

 

hm yes i get what your saying...then I guess I should get the bags first and just use a hand blender for a while...just go ol fashioned...thanks for giving me something to read on a boring saturday morning on the boards...if its not too much trouble can you explain what the other hashish you talked about how to make it at least a quick little run through the dry and the oil...thanks again...

 

The hand blender tends to get caught in the bags FWIU, but SWIM has never used this method because it is way easier to smoke blunts while the machine does it for you....


Note to self: Blunts of fresh bubble will only smoke half way through before getting completely clogged lol.

The pollinator is good for hustlers. That's all I have to really say about it.

 

lol alirght ill keep that in mind...maybe the pollinator is right for me....no but in all seriousness thanks for the info helped out a lot...just wanted somethin to make small amounts as in 10g(s) of hash at a time so i may just go with some bubble bags to see if i need the pollinator in the future...

 

man if you know how you use yer bags the right way it will always be full melt and certainly always bubble.

 

bubble bags for oil? weird never heard of it. anyone ever blow honey oil? ive got a big ol bag of trim that im gonna blow into oil in a few days. im learning how to wash it and crystalize it into full meltby blowing with oxygen insted of butane. i only know one other person who knows how to do this. shit is sick. it looks like golden meth but its the best thc byproduct that ive ever smoked.

 

Aren't they doing that in BC? IDK But I refuse to smoke any oil products as of now until better methods like the one you're talking about are perfected. Too many half-wits out there leaving chemical residue in their shit, you use the bags and the only solvent involved is water, and I love me some wahta.

 

I do bho, but the lazy way

I Take a plastic coke bottle. Fill it with crystally trim , put a cofee filter on the top, put the cap on, make holes in the cap. Make a small hole on the bottom extremity of the bottle, so when you extract, it becomes the top. I Blow butane in there, onto a plate. It will easily pass through the cofee filter.

For best tresults, make two holes , blow 1 bottle , half and half in each hole so everything gets wet and ready to extract, then you and your buddy blow 1 bottle at the same time in each hole, being careful not that much of butane is in the bottle at the same time. Repeat as needed.

 

damn be careful blowing oil with coke bottles. with all that pressure in there it could easily explode. i just use a pvc pipe with a faucet on the end. if you can getahold of a tank of oxygen try use that instead of butane. tastes a thousand times better and makes the shit soooo gold that it almost glows. does anyone know about washing the oil with ether? i know it takes alot longer to evaporate all the crap out than just the plain old butane method. i dont really know much about blowing really good oil yet.

 

I dont really care man about the risk of a plastic bottle, it just gives me sick pale oil...I do it outside with gloves at least

Do you budder it up? Like heating and stirring so all the butane comes out and is replaces by air? Its awsome man, tried it yesters, 3 minutes heating, 3 minutes stirring. The stuff is opaque at the exterior, crystally inside, and it doesnt even stick at generous room temp. It is mind blowing, its a psychedelic man

And abotu previous post, the bubblebag for oil, well I use the tightest one to filter my iso oil, instead of cofee filter, which just takes eternity cuz of the trics and herb blocking. Them bags are useful for eveythin..
