The Urge was an incredable ska/alternative band from St. Louis. They broke up a couple years ago, which was a huge loss to me...nonetheless, I find them amazing. They are more of an alternative rock band with ska influence, but they're definetly worth checking out, I'm sure very few people have heard of them. The singer has an amazing voice, and I've always found all of their songs to be incredably catchy....the kind that get stuck in your head for a long while. Great stuff. [IMG]

Since they aren't overall too well known, and since they broke up, there isn't too much on the internet about them....the least I can do is give you the link to their stuff on Amazon.com, and you can hear snippets of their songs.

    The Urge on Amazon

Hope that helps! They remind me of 311 kinda...they did even go on tour with them, and I think the two leads singers were friends as well.
