I was in Mc D's yesterday and saw one of the employees frying the fries. He dropped the all the packaging for the fries on the floor, picked it up and carried on filling them up with fries There was a program on TV the other day where this reporter got a job at Burger King in central London and attached a secret camera to his uniform. One of the employees coughed up a huge smoker's greenie and flobbed into a guys hamburger. He grabbed a cloth and started wiping down a table next to the guy just so he could watch him eat it. Whenever I go into Mc D's I usually ask for a Quarter Deluxe meal. The Quarter D isn't on the menu so they have to make me one specially. I wonder wtf their doing to my burger. I always inspect it before I eat it but it's hard to tell. The Quarter Deluxe contains alot of mayonaise and ketchup all mixed together. One of my friends told me that she knows someone that works in Mc Donalds. Apparently one of the staff members took a Big Mac into the toilets and masterbated. He opened up the hamburger and came all over the beef pattie. That was then served to the public.
to be fair maybe the germs from the floor are cooked off when the fries and cooked? ive heard lots of stories from fast food chains, granted i dont usually eat fast food, but it doesnt bother me. its actually funny coz my friend will eat any fast food but he wont ever eat at cafe type places/sandwich shops because he worked in one for 6 months and he says i wouldnt believe the shit that goes down. so i guess you're taking a risk at any food place you go to...
exactly why i trust pretty much only myself to cook for me. i don't understand why everyone lets a bunch of teenagers cook for them my brother worked at a burger king here in town for 2 weeks. he said it was so nasty and dirty in the back where they cook that he could NEVER eat there again. old food bits and pieces piled up between the machines and the floor was filthy, they never changed the fry grease or washed off the grills. and people wonder why i'm veggie
i dunno... ive never seen anyone at my job do any fucked up stuff. if anything the people i work with are anal about sanity (which is a good thing)
ick.... that's why I try to be nice and courteous anytime I go to those places. I know it's a shit job and they usually get treated badly, and I don't want to be the sort of customer that they take stuff out on my food for. Thankfully I only really eat at two fast food joints with any amount of regularity - I'm friends with a girl at one of them and at the other they assemble the food in full view
I'll be pragmatic about it.... i have had fast food for many many years and i'm ok.. Not had any food poisoning ... It is not just the fast food industry it is the resturaunt industry..anywhere that cooks food... You are potentialy taking a risk with them all.. 121 Go write a stern letter or email to the local council http://www.food.gov.uk/enforcement/ I guess places that have a fairly high turn over of staff.. sometimes have idiots working for them.. If you wrote to the specific branch and to the 'head office' something might be done... Or You could say ''fuck that shit matt''
When I was 15 I worked at the 'Dub, and we did some pretty terrible things to people's food. We had rules though - only to assholes and cops. And also, if someone disgustingly obese was ordering a disgustingly large meal, sometimes we'd double up on the highly fatty parts. For spite.
Fuck that shit Matt! It's not going to help is it? Most people that eat at fast food restaurants would rather not think about it. What you don't know won't hurt you. I always check my food before I eat it now. I usually find human hair in my food I remember ordering one of those deli sandwiches from Mc D's in December. After a quick inspection I noticed a long black hair sticking out of the melted cheese. I took it back to the counter and they just chucked it in the bin and gave me another one, end of story. Not even an appology!
once i ordered a big mac meal and as the guy was grabbing up all my food, one of the other workers that i had be chatting up stopped him all suddenly and said "dont' give her that one, get her a fresh one." i can only pray that i ididn't inadvertantly insult him and he was actually saving me from something atraocious. at any rate, i totally checked out my burger before i ate it.

You just need to stop eating at McD and places like it.. Let those people that 'don't care' eat away.. I was being slightly sarcastic..mm ok maybe a lot.. Though it is not beyond reason to take these places to task.. if they fail to live up to a acceptable standard. Go eat at Subway where at present the staff are motivated and there jobs are not deemed the worst in the western world... as in about 5 years i reckon Subway will be in with McD as objects of derision.
aaaahahahahah... oh dear no, Subway people are not motivated Nor are they any cleaner than McPeople are in shitty locations, and they're maybe half a step above McPeople in terms of the public eye. Around here at least... they aren't seen as any better than other fast food joints. I worked in one for a few months and man, I can't deal with being treated that poorly
eh subway is alright. a lot better than the mickey d's around my way. but compare subway to an actuall pizza/sub shop, then they can't blown outta the water. so i don't eat there when i'm home...i get better quality, and much more for the same amount of money...
I gave up fast food years ago! Specailly McDonald's & BK and all of those other fake ass burger places. They are nasty!!!! If I want a real burger I can grill one up myself!
