I saw the writer of Saw II on a G4 special a while ago (cause like I said, the first and second were written by two different people)... He didn't seem too messed up.
Hell yeah! I was so baked when I saw that movie! My friends and I shared a little oooh big fat bowl of weed in my car before watching it. So freaky, I pretty much got sucked into the movie.
The guy who made it is just an aussie making a film which will make big bucks.. violence, gore, horror and all that made him like .. 28mill in the box office and only cost him 1mill to make.. People who like it just want iono adreniline or someting.. some people are just bored.. its not real man.. so dont be freaked, there are worse films like.. those chick flicks, girl meets guy, guy makes mistake, get married... Personally i prefer films like The Wall but that is also perceived as "fucked up"..
In the Wall, no one triggers a trip wire connected to a shotgun on the ceiling and gets there head blown entirely off. There is no arguement for the people who made these films, they are straight fucked. Money or not.
