Yeah, they're decent. I wasn't too impressed with You Forget It In People. But I did really enjoy their recent self titled album. If you like them, one of the singers of the band, Emily Haines is in a band called Metric. They're recent album has gotten a lot of deserved praise. There's also Feist, who I don't really personally enjoy, but you might wanna check her out, too. There's also a side project from one of the guitarist, but I can't remember the name.

U didn;t like forgot it in people? I thought is was the best "pop" album i have heard. I havn't looked into metric yet, but i am a big fan of feist. The guitarist is Jason Collet and he is pretty sweet, has a very bob dylan quality to his voice and songwriting.

Haha, yes, Collet! I was bored by his solo stuff, but I thought you might like it. Definitely check out Metric's new cd, though. In fact, make it your priority next time you visit a record shop!

the guitarists side project is called apostle of hustle. it's pretty good too. a lot of latin rock influences but definitely on the same page as broken social scene. i can't believe that you didn't like you forgot it in people. if i ever talk to someone about them, that's their favourite. i personally enjoy beehives and feel good lost better but it's still a good album. their new album, however good, is slightly leaning towards a type of rock that i can't translate...i find it hard to listen to sometimes but is still good. especially handjobs for the holidays.

I just thought You Forget It In People was a little tedious at times. Or maybe I thought it'd be better than it was really. It's by no means a bad album, just not my favorite. I felt like there was a little too much of nothing going on at times. Their self titled album had more going on, I feel.
