Seeking web graphic designer

Any web graphic artists out there? Because I suck, as unfortunate as that is.

Added bonus if you've played CS:Source.

I'm starting a clan, and need at least one major high-quality custom graphic for the web page; the banner at the top.

Occam, I was not aware that you knew flash.

For anyone interested ... I can provide screenshots for the game, and the clan's name is "Eternity's Edge" although I ask that, if you do decide to help out a bit and make an image, please don't place text on it; there are a few special things I want to do with that, so I just need a background.

The dimensions are 800w x 130h, and I'm aiming for a dark green dominant colour with perhaps dark purple as a secondary colour if desired.

 

I can probably get some one out of my design crew to build you a complete website or just a (flash) header or banner whatever u need...
