Considering hockey and Canada go hand in hand.... does this surprise you? Since there was just an election, it would seem there would be some discussion on politics lingering around The forums has many sections Try the parenting section Try the gardeing section I am sure the vegetarian section would love to chat about livestock! Camping/outdoor section! I'm guessing the music section The psychedelic section Canadians do not just stay in the Canada forum I am sure you have noticed by now.... there is a section for almost anything Az
tuartara yeh small world..i was there for the start of kent county folk festival, cutting the field, building log stage, is that still going on??i should take a trip out there for old times ..is there much music going on (there used to be lots)as far as house jams, party, back porch
Hey, I can't talk long because my pet beaver is gravely ill. I sent my moose out with my brother In-ukluk-quat, and they have as of yet not returned. I fear they have perished in either a gigantic snowstorm or it may have been a Sasquatch. That would be my forth sibling lost to a Sasquatch. I sit here, making snowshoes and hockey sticks as a present for him when he gets back. Oh, sorry, the shaman from across the road just knocked on my igloo. Must go!
if you are refering to the folk festivals that used to go on in coates mill,by the river, that isn't on anymore but they still have the blues festival at virgin hill and the country jamborees in renault's mill ..........as far as the back porch parties, where if more than 3 people gathered in one spot ,that is pretty well a thing of the past ....younger generation tends to head out to moncton to cruise the bars now ........but the people are still as friendly as ever ..still takes an hour to go to the store to get a jug of milk ...but then again you come back with all the latest gossip and forecasts for the upcoming growing season or the prices of lumber or meat ..lol.........a lot of the folks that made their way here from other provinces looking for a commune lifestyle or a more peaceful and serene existance still live here
