Not to scare you kid, and I haven't seen it obviously so I can't say for what it is, but it could be herpes. You don't have to have sex to get herpes, you could catch it from a toilet seat or by touching your dick after you touched an infected area.

The only person who is qualified to tell you what it is, is a doctor.

Remember, they're not there for you to be shy, just ask. They don't care, it's their profession, they've seen it before undoubtedly.

Go to your doctor!!! We can't diagnose you via the internet.

Seirously, go to the doctor before it falls off. JK!!!! But always better to be safe then sorry.

P.S It's not going to fall off.

You could go to your own doctor. If you don't have a doctor or not comfortable with him/her, you can check if there's a sex clinic in your area, there's a hassel free clinic in my area. Even a family planning/parental planning clinic can advise you where to go.

BTW, it you're not comfortable with your doc please get over it. I had eczema when I was 13 and was so embarrassed about it I didn't consult anybody so I didn't do anything about it but pull my shirt sleaves down to cover it up. When I did get the guts to see the doc I later realized that I put myself thru more hell than need be. Don't do this, go see your doc. They've seen it all before and like someone here said, it's not necessarily sexually transmitted and your doc will know this.
