Anyone know any good websites to show one how to do yoga? I need something to help slow down my mind, and also to help work my muscles on my off days.

    Cheers.

Buy "Yoga The Iyengar Way" by the 3 Mehtas, and do the quick programs in the back. They take a half an hour with lots of pics. Do them at your own pace, then you get better automatically.
