full moons

am i the only pagan who is genuinely uncomfortable when the moon is full? it's just too intense for me. the energies are overwhelming, i find myself stressed, irritable, emotional, and unable to concentrate. i don't sleep well, either. rather than being energized by the full moon, i usually find myself feeling quite drained. it's got to be more than just PMS.

 

Have to close the blinds to sleep.
What little sleep that does come is not restful...

 

I really like full moons, It makes me feel happier and I feel better the following day.

 

I take in the energy, in an almost ecstatic state, I never feel overwhelmed, just empowered.

 

I want to be a dirty old man like Crowley and sit in a wheelchair and masturbate under a blanket while 15 year old girls dance naked in the moonlight in front of me.

Oooooh, was that too abrasive? I can never tell. This honesty thing is really killing my social life...

i think full moons are too intense for me because my nerves are already shot. and because i'm doing a lot of shadow-work right now. dark moon energy is really more where i'm at right now.

 

i love full moons. they send me crazy, and... fill me. i don't know, i just love em

 

I feel more connected during full moons..... I always try to make sure I get a bit of magick in.

 

Often when it is around the full moon everyone will be so damn emotional =( It's tough to deal with sometimes.

I'm more comfortable with the New Moons, as well. Probably 'cause I do better clearing work than I do charging. Not that i mind Full Moons, I just don't know what to do with the energy. My aim sucks *LOL*.

 

since i'm typically menstruating during the full moon, or at least very near to it, i tend to be a little nuts.
