Hello. back in my childhood days roaming around the woods my friends and i would, by trial and error find out what we could and couldent eat.
Now spending more time in the "wilds" Or home i would like ti find out more about the nice foods i may be missing on and now with a bit more reason try not to do a trial and error approache.

Anyways i was woundering if anyone new of any sites or frre things that would help me to Id plants and how to use them, Mediconal or in cooking.

Anyways hope to hear something soon :)

    And as allwasy enjoy life

i'd reccommend the library. they usually have a good selection of books. if they don't you can steal them from a corporate bookstore, which is generally easy to do. just be careful, move your eyes not your head when looking for cameras etc...

    good luck

Hey there are some websites you might want to check out regarding eating things in the wild too. For my Bio II class, I had to do a wildflower portfolio & found some helpful past medicinal & food uses for all kinds of things. I eat things in the wild myself. I have an odd fascination with onion grass.

    Yummie chives are allways nice

I am glad ilive in northern maine because it is easy to find potatos fields and the farmers wont miss a spud or 2

I use to borrow from personal garden but have stoped doing that unless needed

And found a really neat mint like plant, im sure is of the mint famile and certanly smells like it

I have tried looking for these sites, but most allwasy try to sell me books or just have the Proper names for them. If you come across a site with Pictures of the plants/ use i would like ti very much :)
