depression and yoga

    ive been suffering on and off for ten years with agrophobia anxiety and panic attacks and i recently started yoga from home its really helping
    i bought a dvd and it has some real good exercises on
    im gonna join a class when i get more confidence

    Sure, yoga can help balance brain chems naturally. I believe that Maharishi's peeps did studies which showed that seritonin levels subside somewhat and the brain starts needing less so I think that yes, all yoga, and mantra chanting is good for depression, and also the Seven Lined Vajra Guru mantra is especially good for depression.
