even if you've been in a long dull rut for 5 months, and are most likely going to be in that aweful rut for 5 more months...it can still be alright... i need a time machine

You're a senior in high school, aren't you? Because I'm a senior in high school and I feel the exact same way. As a matter of fact, in Spanish class, we had to 'write letters' to 'The Three Kings' (the Spanish-speaking world's version of Santa) asking for Christmas gifts.. and I asked for a time machine so that I could fast-forward to college.
naw, im not in high school, i graduated last year. although i would probably feel the same way if i were in high school right now. im about to start my first job this month, and i can tell that im gonna get sick of it real fast, but im gonna keep at it until at least the beginning of june. it'd be like i was in school again...but instead of being surrounded in a school environment with mostly peers that i dont relate well with, i'll be washing dishes surrounded by a bunch of people that i barley understand when they speak it will get better, but i just want it to be summer already man. i've just been gettin real depressed lately, and cant wait to go somewhere new.

that's a nice outlook. . it could be depressing.. but its all how you look at life really, unless you've got imbalanced chemicals in your brain.
