For breakfaST and lunch? For breakfats I had 2 vegan pumpkin muffins with flax seed. For lunch I had veggies and organic noodles with peanut sauce and a banana For dinner Im making "BLTs" with fried Tempeh (in a sauce that makes it taste like bacon) and brussel sprouts. My kids LOVE the tempeh. I also have to make some hummus today and the kids go nuts over it so we will probably have some of that with some carrots tonight too = )
I'm so hungry. All I've eaten today it two of those nasty Kraft cheese slices, a piece of bread with butter, and a bowl of chips. I'm thinking of making something that's good for me now... like a fruit smoothie...
Breakfast was a cup of oatmeal with soymilk and the last 4 strawberries in the house. Lunch was... uhmm... it was rice & black beans, diced tomatoes, black olives & chipotle-style seasoning. Dinner will be... something. Hopefully it'll be edible too And if I have anything to say about it, there will be a square of dark chocolate before bed with my tea love, mom
I dunno... my husband said he'd find me something interesting on his way home. He likes to hunt the all-natural section for me because then he doesn't have to remember all my allergies... so it might be love, mom
Didn't eat breakfast because I was on a bus coming back from NYC and every pit stop sold crap instead of food. For lunch, a failed attempt at homemade falafels (they tasted good, but the chickpeas were too ground up, so it was more like eating pan fried hummus in ball form). And for dinner homemade vegan polenta with black beans and 3 stalks of organic celery. And now... I'm craving something sweet...
for lunch, i had organic flax seed cereal, for snack i had an apple and then for dinner i had organic pasta with cheese and organic celery,(which my mother brought home today) dont know if ill eat anything else today, i kinda want some of that soy dream my sister brought home ( soy ice cream minus the cream)
breakfast - peanut butter on whole wheat toast, a banana, a glass of hazelnut milk lunch - blue corn chips with 7 layer black bean dip, apple, cup of tea dinner - herb roasted potatoes and marinated portobella mushroom burger and a newcastle
YUM! Im making Falafel balls in pita w sprouts. Its a lazy night because my hub and oldest dd are at basketball practice...so its just me and my 2 little ones. They gobble up the falafel like crazy. My son who is 4 said the other day "Mmmm I love these chicken nuggets mom" LOL
I had 2bowls of weetabix, a few bananas, lots of peanut butter, about half a dozen sandwiches, a huge dinner of stirfried tofu veg and noodles. I think thats it. actually I probably had more sandwiches than that.
Hey dont make assumptions about my diet! I ain't no stoner! I'm 6' 4" and yesterday I ran alot and was hiking with my dogs so I need fuel. Actually, I'm pretty sure most days I eat more than that.
