Have you tried Half.com or some of the other resale shops. Although I imagine that most people who buy this book won't be likely to resell it. I was amazed that you can read the entire book online. They also have a place where you can sign up to be notified when the second printing comes out. It is a great book. Dakota and I go through it and talk about the pictures a lot. I've read the story to him, but he doesn't really understand it. And yes, I want their house, their doctor, their farmer, and their cops. It would be wonderful to live in such a world.
