I just set up my new shop 4 days ago so far I have 2 nice 2 1/2 in plants. My closet is not very big it is only 36x36in. . Inside for the light I have a syvanyla 75 watt. light bulb . I keep the timer on a 20/4 light cycle. I do not know any thing about growing this is my first time and everything that i am doing i got off the internet. If someone could help me (ex). give me info or if someone could tell me if the equipment that i have is good enough to grow a mindfuck plant.Thanks again for all of your helpwill have pics of my plant soon as soon as i get all the right equipment
You need a HPS lamp first off! 150 - 250 watt light. Vetilation for heat! Tell no one! Go to Borders or whatever bookstore is nearby and purchase a good indoor grow guide!
HPS = High Pressure Sodium, the kind of lamp you need for indoor cultivation. You can get them at a grow shop, either in person or mail order. They also sell them on e-bay and a few hardware emporiums. You can't grow with "regular" lights. You can use fluorescents, but you'll get 2--3 x more bud with HPS. You gave 2 deminsions--36" x 36"--what's the 3rd measurement (l x w x height)? You don't want to attempt to grow in a space less than 4' tall. Read read read read.

24/0 is used for clones until they've rooted. Many people have reported excellent veg growth on a 20/4 schedule. The "norm" is 18/6.
honestly, there are minor differences between the 24/0 cycle and the 18/6, but not really enough for there to be a huge difference. All 18/6 means is that the plant is using stored energy during the dark period, 24/0 means that it's constantly using the raw energy of the light. If I were to guess, Id say the plants grow a little faster under 24/0.
