i dont really think you'd wanna eat lexapro in large dozes and i doubt it would do anything to you except fuck up your neurotransmitters.

i took adderall for a couple of weeks before... while i was waiting for the lexapro to kick in b/c i used to have huge panic attacks... and then i took it for a couple more weeks before when i went thru alcohol withdrawl. i liked addreall but that was something that even i knew to be careful of so i never took it for more then two wks. at a time.

10mg...is that a lot? how much were you on? i take welbutrin too 150mg, which i know is a super low dose that was to help me quit smoking and get rid of my bulimia and shopping addiction and it worked but the lexapro's just for anxiety.

wellbutrin doesnt have really bad withdrawl typically...
(i did a lot of research the past couple of days)-- lexapro is one of the worst with 80 percent having withdrawl symptoms and for some people pretty severe... depending on how much you take and how long.

is 10 milli. a lot? the standard dose is either 10 or 20 mg., so i guess if you look at it that way, no. i wouldnt wanna take 10 milligrams of it every day for a year though...

i took 20 milligrams a day for two and a half years..... six ish months ago i started cutting back and taking 10 milligrams a day. a month or so ago i started taking 5 milligrams a day.

i do think i might up my dose of wellbutrin and stop the lexapro because the welbutrin just yeah i like it a lot i don't want to shop or eat or sarve myself or buy a new car or get a new dog or do coke basically I dont wanna do weird shit on it. I'm not excessive like I was before. I'm lazier but not anal to the point of being like oh my gosh i NEED this or that.

I knew from the moment I read the first post that it was anti-depressant withdrawal. Those things are evil, I swear. It's hell getting off of them, and not because of depression either. It's all of the withdrawal symptoms that make it so rough. I say if you can stay off of them, do it.

i took zoloft for a few months. stop taking them. i'm fine. that stuf sounds way more hardcore than what i had to take. as for xanax, i don't get how people can get hooked on it. i think it's awful. just makes you sleepy.

How are you feeling today Interval?

This past summer my Doctor put me on Effexor. I was only on it a short time. The side effects outway the benefits. The feeling of electric shocks running through my system and twitching like crazy was enough to make me feel crazy. When I got off the medicine my Doctor gave me a low dose of ativan to help with the withdrawls/side effects.

Can you call your Doctor and ask for something to help take the edge off of the withdrawls?

You've been pretty active lately. Do you feel that somewhat helps when your starting to feel the withdrawls?

well laura. today i feel... well i made it through 8 hours of work okay. :) there was a short period of time when i got really hot and didnt feel right but over all today im a lot better then i was last night.

yes, i do think the fact that ive been keeping active and eating right and all helps... and i take organic milk thistle, dandelion root and other things to help my liver...

im not gonna ask my doc. for anything b/c i dont want any man made substances in me.
