We gotta wait for the supreme court on this one...see how that all plays out. I am optimistic - i think precedents will be upheld.
i wouldnt' be surprised if the USSC throws it back and says its a 'state' issue, effectively destroying roe vs wade.
That is a major concern, and I wouldn't be that suprised either. But I am still optimistic on this one. Although I was also optimistic about bush being voted out of office, and how far did that get me, lol...
