fuck, arrested at school for posession.im lost on this one

i was a genuine idiot on monday when i decided i might as well just smoke the chronic i had gotten 40 minutes ago in the girls locker room instead of waiting till the bell rang. a fucking nark walked in, said it smelled like weed, and then the school officer and gym teachers checked everyones lockers....well i got busted. im only 15 and this is my first offense, ive never gotten busted before.

i fucked with this piss test, and i got my results back today. negative. but im still gonna be finger printed to see if my fingers were on the baggy.

finger printing? they need to chill the fuck out. the school is going crazy now trying to make this some huge "find the potheads" week at school. two dealers i know have been caught, and they are gonna think i snitched them

this is kinda fucked up. im suspended for ten days and the school is considering me expelled until further notice.

how do i get out of this one. shit...

 

well, first off you really should'nt have smoked IN school, come on, thats just not smart, but that seems a little fuckin harsh, finger printing?? i dunno seems pretty fucking far fetched to be honest, schools are more retarded these days then ever.

they'll do anything they can to expose you if they think your lying. Perhaps you shouldnt of fucked with the test and just took the blame.

 

You should talk to a lawyer, I have my doubts that they will actually finger print a baggie. That would cost a lot of money for such a small offense (unless marijuana possession isn't a small offense where you live.) They have to have an expert test it and match it to yours, but if you take it to trial to fight it, they have to (hire? I'm not sure) a witness to get on the stand and testify that it was a such and such match. Either way, if they don't hire anyone to do it, it's wasting resources.

To be honest, I would focus on your school over the oplice. I'm not sure about the laws around you, but you should be able to just use your Youthful Offender. You'll get community service or something and they'll wipe it off your record. Even if you don't have your Y.O. they have programs like Accelerated Rehab (take 8 drug classes and it gets wiped off your record, can only use it once though.) I don't know what you can actually do with your school, but I would suggest having a meeting with your parents and your principal to work something out, because you really don't want to get expelled.

If it goes to trial request a trial by jury. They wont waste their time getting a jury. I'd say next time dont smoke at school but you probably know that already.

 

not to put ya down, but ya probably deserved what happened to ya. i dont think its wrong to smoke bud at all, but knowing the concequences for getting caught, and then deciding to go ahead and smoke in school is a bad idea. shit happens, and ya just gotta learn from your mistakes

1st off having weed at school isn't overlly a smart thing. but if you must don't be stupid about it. Oh yea smoking in school is being stupid about it.

 

dont expect people on this forum to not overly bash you for smoking in school. Its a constant theme.

I'll say this.

You used poor judgement, took the risk and got caught. No way of changing it now. You should know by now that you must face the consequences of your actions.

I recommend getting things sorted out with your school first, I would say thats #1 priority. This is prolly a very small thing in the eyes of the law, I wouldn't worry too much about that.

They can't admit anything that they saw/heard/smelled in the bathroom as evidence, you have something called an expectation of privacy, hell you could be shooting up some gear and they couldn't do jack.
Now, the locker search was probably legal, however, most plastic baggies are very flexible. this means that the oil based prints warp and move on the surface as it changes, and most prints would either rub off or be unintelligeable.
