What: Peace Rally to Mark the 3rd Anniversary of the Iraq War When: Saturday, March 18, 4PM Where: Lafayette Square, Downtown Buffalo, NY Along with hundreds of other cities across the country, Buffalo will mark the 3rd anniversary of the Iraq War with a rally to demand that our elected representatives stand up to the Bush administration by bringing our troops home now! The costs of this war are disastrous -- 2,300 US soldiers killed; an estimated 100,000 Iraqi civilians killed; and some $250 billion wasted, with a cost of nearly $1 billion to Erie County alone. We need your help to get the word out and promote the rally! Can you help distribute flyers? Volunteers are reporting that business owners are more open than ever to displaying our flyers -- why not put some up in your neighborhood and the businesses you frequent each day?
