sweet potato fries? Would they end up sweet? Sounds deee-licious!

I had an almond-butter tortilla shell and a big fat apple, with some chai. Didn't feel like cooking, and the kids just wanted cold cereal for dinner so I went with it ;)
    love,
    mom

I had some left-over vegan chili-it was delicious!!!
I had some Dagoba chocolate, the xoxocatl, with cocoa nibs and peppers in it.
And a couple of Imperial Souts.
What a dinner! What gas pains!
    Ha!

Tonight, I don't know. I had a tomato and mustard sandwich for lunch, with a jug of vegetable juice. Maybe tonight, I'll do smart dogs and fresh sauerkraut. YUM!

Please post the quiche recipe. I made some the other day and wished I would have used firm tofu instead of silken....it still tasted good though
