i'm a vegetarian, not a vegan. I read somewhere that veggies should take vitamin b12, are their anymore I should take?
If you arn't vegan you can get B12 from eggs and dairy. There are really no other vits to worry about, but takin a multi-v dosen't hurt anyone.
The essentials... B12 Vitamin D Iron Omega 3 & 6 Actually vitamin D isn't really a problem. Plenty of sunshine will provide enough. The others aren't vitamins of course, but vital none the less.
