A professional advive only 3 questions

1) I germinated all my 10 white widow seeds and they are now 1 week old seedlings 6cm high. When is the best time to repot to my 16 ltr pots or how high must they be to do so?
2) I only used water ( ph7.5 ). Should I start to use fert or when will I start to do so.
How often should I water I have 4" pots? I was misting them daily approx 20ml during the last 2 days. Now I skipped a day and planning to go 1 on 2 off.
I appreciate an advice from someone experianced.

Transplant at around 10-14 days if in 4" container,keep moist but not saturated till transplant,then begin watering when surface dries which should be every 2-3 days,and begin ferts at 2-3 weeks in.

 

Thanks meangreen,whats your experiance in growing? when you said fert 2-3 weeks in what? after transplant.

 

My family has been in the nursery business for years,enough.2-3 weeks in means the time it has been vegging.
