Yeah I think its great that you like it. I wouldnt choose it becuase I'm not into that kind of tat.
I think there has always been always this thought that you need to have something totally original for a tat or its less ... street credible... but that is silly, thats like saying every tat should have some symbollic meaning, I mean its great if they do, but they dont have to, its not necessary, sometimes you just like something and want to have it on your body
As long as you like it, thats all that matters

I agree Retro. I hate flash, I think its silly, but an atheist might think all of my tattoos having religious meaning is silly. Doesnt discredit my tattoos at all.

Some people decorate for decoration, some decorate for religion, some for
memory, etc, all are credible, but the flash decoration will always come
with the price of people bitching that it is flash, and 20 other guys having it too.

Hell, technically, I do have flash. One is 2300 year old flash, and seems one became quite popular in shops after I drew mine up 7 years ago, it is still original and different, but the fact that its a Kanji makes it look "flashish"

 

it's neat, not something I would ever get done but if you like it hurrah for you. It does bug me a bit that the gem in its forehead is obviously imperfect (bump on the top)
