I'm gonna be travelling all friday and I was thinking about mixing codeine and tramadol. My plan was to take 150-200mg codeine right in the morning (about 8 in the mornin) and then about a hour later take 150mg tramadol. Then fly to another city (takes a hour) and then around 1 or 2 take 150mg codeine more and wait till around 6 and take 150mg tramadol. Then in the evening I'm going on a night train back home and thought about taking another 150mg codeine and then falling asleep nicely for the whole night because of a whole day of opiates I've got basically no opiate tolerance and I enjoy smaller amounts of codeine because after 200mg the histamine release gets too strong and makes me feel sick (I should probably get some dramamine?) I've never taken more tramadol than 75mg so I thought that it might be fun to try mix it with codeine and taking a bigger dosage of tramadol. Is mixin codeine and tramadol safe (or well..is it a good combo? will my tolerance rise too much near the end of the day that those later dosages wont even have any effect?)
