Okay I have it up to here with that weirdo. Recently I saw he had a game called "Bulletproof". Bulletproof then later on I read an article about how he has a 6 inch steel car and he and his son wear kevlar and they have 24 hour protection. How does this add up how howwwwwww? How is he bulletproof just because some idiot decided let's give a man with a troubled background a recording deal. The he talks about being shot why do it only pensioners talk about there time spent in hospital. The bit that get's me is he always makes guns sound good and happy even though he has been shot himself. This is a viscious cycle he's creating watch 1) 50 cent sings about guns and glorify's them 2) Listener thinks "ohh guns sound fun" 3) Listener buy's gun 4) Listener Decide's to shoot someone 5) Person listener shot then so depressed decides hey I know I will forget my troubles through music and write's lyrics 6) Get's a recording deal because they have the now appropriate background 7) New artist sings about guns Guess what happens now: KABOOOOM we now have 400 rap artists moaning on about themselves willl this never enddddddd
I mean how obbsessed is he with himself I mean jeez yeah it's okay to be like oh dear I have troubles but seriously shut the hell up 50 cent we get it. He focuses so much on about the poor times he had when he now has millions how has he lost in life HOWWWWWWW. He has won the lucky jackpot the smelly basterd booo hoo I'm 50cent poor me i only have 5 butlers too wipe my rich ass booo hooo i lost a million dollars in the stoock market that means i only have 49 million left. 50 cent wears a bulletproof vest because he was shot almost to death. By someone that threatened him again after he was released from the hospital. He makes his son wear it....what makes anyone think that just because HE hasn't been shot....he won't be out of spite against 50? What parent wouldn't want to protect their child? Especially in the music biz where EVERYONE knows you and your business.... And, in case you missed the buzz, MOST celebrities have body guards....P. Diddy....the least ghetto man in the world....has crazy body guards. He doesn't mean he's bulletproof as in he'll never get shot....he means it in the sense that he survived something most rappers only write about. He's been there, it makes him a survivor.... He isn't a gun advocate....he talks about his guns because he carries it as PROTECTION. He doesn't make them sound good and happy....he knows the damage they can cause. It's people like you....you're the reason kids go to court for murder and blame it on the music. It isn't the music that causes people to kill other people....it's just something easy to blame. It takes the blame off of you and puts in on the artist.... And, I've yet to hear about a person getting a record deal for writing about shooting someone thanks to another artists work.... I think you should read up on what you're talking about before you say it.
The way I state it is this, I am 45 years old, I may play rock and roll music, but I certainly do not consume it. It is not my idea of a good time, nor is Country and Western, nor is Polka music, nor is Las Vegas music, you know. And I find some of these forms incredibly offensive, no matter what they're wearing, or what the lyrics are. I find them aesthetically offensive, but I wouldn't deny anybody the right to listen to them, and I also refute any claim that the lyrics to a song are going to induce anti-social behavior. As if lyrics had that much power. Statistically, I think, that since the beginning of musical time there have been more hymns than there are heavy metal songs. And if the number of words written about Jesus or doing good had any effect, then we'd all be really terrific people, wouldn't we?Or when they start talking about factors pertaining to suicide, the largest single instance of suicide in the last decade is Jonestown, and there was no Ozzie Ozborn or ACDC albums down there: there was only religious fanaticism. And as far as rape goes, that is not a sexual activity, that is a violent activity, and it's a result of neurotic behavior. And the people who connect it with pornography think that they've really got it packaged. Okay, but it doesn't work that way. I am not a scientist, I'm an observer of human nature, and a rather cynical one, and I question the motives of people who want to throw those kinds of statistics around when they're really not backed up with any kind of solid science. Anybody can sponsor a survey. Anybody can hire somebody to do a poll, and the guy who's been doing the poll has been hired to prove a point. He's never going to let the client down. So how can they sit there and expect a rational individual to believe that the hearing of an Ozzie Ozborn album is going to create this wave of suicide in the country. If kids kill themselves it's because they think they have no future. That's said by Frank Zappa. He's saying....music really has no effect on people....they just blame it.
i dont like rap music, n i don't like the people. not for there race or anything, but because they are very... agressive(if u know what i mean) the music is all about sex and drugs... i wish they wud write something else once in a while the posers are the worst. they think they are like the rappers and the ghetto kids but there just stuck up preps who are following another terrible fad.
