I don't know man. I've seen it happen with the shoes thing. That's for personal safetey, cause there could be germs on the floor. But it sucks anway. I'd NEVER go out in public with my shirt off, but when the weather is okay (and it aint now) I rarely ever wear shoes.

yes, me and 2 of my friends were ejected from a convenience store/gas station for entering shirtless. we were also drunk but he stated that we were to leave b/c of the lack of shirts.

 

Round here they'll usually ask you to leave before they call the cops.

Stop n robs are the exception - they'll usually let the lack of shoes/shirts slide esp if ya got tits.

I actually found a silly little printable card online...It basically states that you have the right to barefoot and that in the event of something happening, you will not sue.

I thought it was cool. I wish it held merit.
