some tools for sleep I use (now these are serriously all things I do or have done at one time or another)

-Blindfolds (this tells the brain it's totaly dark and time to sleep)
    -Ear plugs (My partner snores)
-Music (not just any music, the same relaxing songs that I am now conditioned to sleep to)
-Exercise (working out an hour befor bed, sit upps, push ups etc will work out your unused energy)

that's it for the natural list. hope they help. personaly i find the blindfold does 80% of the work.

People think this is a load of crap, but it seriously works : a cup of warm milk. It's something about activating the amino acids when it warms up, it naturally produces some of the same chemicals used in lots of sleeping pills. Good luck!

Blink fold may not actualy be a big deal. fo my blindfold I use one of those hankercheif things that hippies and somme young women wear. A bandana that's the word!

Fold it over enough times and you have a blindfold. the fold doesn;t need to stay on once you're sleeping. (for me anyways). If you need any help I'll gladly blindfold you.

well i must say i have.

My mom once bought a tea called "sweet dreams" i remember that the
package was colored dark blue and the letters were yellow. that's
all i know, but i remember i drank it and i went to bed like any
other day and fell asleep regularly.- Dont remember any differences
    that's the issue.
I think I should try it again sometime....

lay in a bed that supports your back properly - think futon
no light in the room of any kind - flashing mobile phones, alarm clocks, thick curtains.
switch all electrical devices off, except maybe for a fan
keep yourself from things like main electrical service to your house/appartments
    minimise all sound
do no excercise when light falls
do some light reading an hour or so before bed
try not to churn on things before bed
    good luck
